Asset Manager


The primary role of the Asset Manager is to manage, control, monitor and direct company assets to maximize the availability, utilization and profitability of these resources. Managing the equipment order process and the effectiveness of the rental stock are the ultimate responsibilities of the Asset Manager.

The Asset Manager works to increase revenue and asset values by developing and maintaining the integrity of the stock control system to ensure the accurate forecast of resource availability, and therefore assure the delivery of quality products and services for eclipse.

Required Education and/or Qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Understanding of an asset management system
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in event or entertainment technology, warehouse operations, project management, asset management, or substantially similar work
  • Knowledge of the technical principles of operation and maintenance of equipment
  • Analytical skills and ability to compile program and statistical data
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Commercial and financial understanding
  • Negotiation skills
  • Organizational skills


Senior Electrician


The Senior Electrician prepares, sets up, and installs and/or operates power equipment for events, working to achieve the highest standard of service and equipment quality. With a proven in-depth technical knowledge and years of experience, she/he should demonstrate team leadership and client facing skills and an ability to manage a project with minimal supervision.

Required Education and/or Qualifications:

  • Formal relevant qualification
  • Competency in using MS Office applications
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Valid UAE driver's license

Required Experience:

  • Over 3 years of experience in production/events technology industry and operating for shows 
  • Advanced knowledge of all equipment in chosen discipline and ability to provide technical advice
  • Advanced fault-finding skills
  • Understanding of international equipment requirements
  • Knowledge and understanding of reading technical plans
  • Strong knowledge of event power systems and live event power scenarios
  • Good understanding of general site procedures
  • Strong understanding of safety and HSE guidelines/working at height safe practice
  • Proven leadership qualities
