Project Manager

Sales, Business Development and Project Delivery

The primary role of the Project Manager is to manage and deliver projects successfully to the Company’s expectations, ensuring quality, professionalism and profitability. This process may be in conjunction with a member of the Sales team or other members of the Company Management; however, it is expected that a Project Manager is able to initiate, develop, sustain and manage Client relationships on a one-to-one basis as required.

A Project Manager will normally be involved in a specific project from initial enquiry through to project delivery; however, she/he may also be required to deputise for other team members on a temporary basis or to possibly replace team members on projects already in process.

Required Education and/or Qualifications:

  • University degree in management/business or a related subject; or relevant years of experience
  • Further qualification/certificate in Project Management such as PMP, Primavera, etc. is an advantage 
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Competency in using MS Office
  • Knowledge of Hiretrack (online asset management system) and drawing software

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in managing and delivering projects
  • Previous experience in managing a team and proven leadership skills
  • Experience in the events industry
  • Excellent knowledge of event technology
  • Minimum five years' experience in a similar role within the events and hospitality industry
  • Good commercial and financial understanding
  • Good planning and organisational skills

Operations Manager

Operations

The Operations Manager is accountable for the successful and safe technical delivery of projects onsite, ensuring the highest quality standards. She/he provides technical support to the Sales/Project Delivery team in order to sustain effective hotel and client relationships. The Operations Manager ensures that the team is motivated and potentials are optimized through effective management of performance and ensuring individual and team development.

Required Education and/or Qualifications:

  • Post-Secondary education or relevant years of experience
  • Excellent written and spoken English

Required Experience:

  • At least 3 years' experience in events and event technology in the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of technical equipment (i.e. audio, video, lighting, rigging)
  • Experience in organising and managing show logistics
  • Experience in managing people and processes
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong understanding of HSE

Sales Coordinator

Sales, Business Development and Project Delivery

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for identifying “upselling” opportunities. He/she provides client proposals and executes the logistical services sold. He/she proactively supports the team with all administrative requirements as and when required.

Required Education and/or Qualifications:

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year office admin experience

Operations

The Technician prepares, sets up, installs, and/or operates audio, video, lighting, power, or rigging equipment for events, working to achieve the highest standard of service and equipment quality.
