Property Manager

Venue Management

The Property Manager is responsible for the overall running and operations of the business in the hotel. The Property Manager is accountable for the general management of the property, ensure profitability, develop and sustain relationships with key stakeholders at the property and with clients, communicate with current and prospective clients, execute the logistical services sold, and foster a positive environment for the team in achieving business goals.

Required Education and/or Qualifications:

  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Post Secondary Education or relevant years of experience

Required Experience: 

  • 2-5 years of business management experience
  • Sales, hospitality, and AV experience, preferably in a number of technical disciplines
  • 2 Years of direct sales management experience
  • At least 2 years experience in events and event technology
  • Experience in managing processes and people
  • Competent in using MS Office

Administrative Assistant

Administration

The Administrative Assistant performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, filing, faxing billing reconciliation, processing of LPOs, car rentals, flights, and other data entry requirements. He/she is expected to be aware of the on-going general status of the projects that he/she is assisting with and to be thereby in a position to respond to related client calls or enquiries.

Required Education and/or Qualifications:

  • High School diploma 
  • Associated degree or related on-the-job experience 
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Competent in using MS Office applications 

Required Experience:

  • Over a year experience in a corporate environment 
  • Experience in administration, reception and/or customer service

Sales Coordinator

Sales and Project Delivery

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for identifying “upselling” opportunities. He/she provides client proposals and executes the logistical services sold. He/she proactively supports the team with all administrative requirements as and when required.

Required Education and/or Qualifications:

  • Secondary education
  • Competency in using MS Office applications
  • Good written and spoken English

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year office admin experience
  • Customer service experience; experience in hospitality and/or events and event technology would be an advantage

Audio Visual

The Technician prepares, sets up, installs, and/or operates audio, video, lighting, power, or rigging equipment for events, working to achieve the highest standard of service and equipment quality.

Required Education and/or Qualifications:

  • Secondary education
  • Related technical degree is an advantage
  • Good written and spoken English

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality
  • Customer service experience
  • Knowledge of equipment and good understanding of events and events technology
